- 1 pkg. Schilling Italian chicken marinade
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 4 pounds chicken parts
- Combine marinade, oil and vinegar. Add chicken parts, turning to coat all sides and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to an hour or you can marinate overnight.
- Place in shallow baking pan and cover, with a combination of sliced, mushrooms, sliced black olives, red and green pepper strips, chopped onions and celery. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered.
