Italian Chicken


  • 1 pkg. Schilling Italian chicken marinade
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 4 pounds chicken parts


  1. Combine marinade, oil and vinegar. Add chicken parts, turning to coat all sides and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to an hour or you can marinate overnight.
  2. Place in shallow baking pan and cover, with a combination of sliced, mushrooms, sliced black olives, red and green pepper strips, chopped onions and celery. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered.
