Ingredients:

  • 1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut
  • 8 pork loin chops
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Put sauerkraut in bottom of slow cooker. Arrange pork chops over kraut. Set slow cooker on medium. Salt and pepper to taste. Let cook 6 to 9 hours.
