Buffalo Chicken Soup
Buffalo Chicken Soup is a recipe offshoot of the Orginal Buffalo Wings from Italian Immigrants in Buffalo New York.
Buffalo Wings themselves are chicken winglets and drumlets fried then dipped in Buffalo Sauce.
For the Soup.
We do pretty much the same. But no dipping.
Just mix them all up!
Even the soup includes butter, and celery. Which was a main part of the Buffalo Wing dish.
Now all in one soup.
The sauce can be added of choice.
Some may want it spicy.
You will enjoy this soup if you are a Buffalo Wing person like me.
