Hey guys! Today I am sharing my 3 favorite pumpkin treats using cake mix! I show you how I make pumpkin muffins, pumpkin donuts, and pumpkin whoopie pies. I really hope you enjoy this video! This is where I buy my Swerve Powdered sugar. This is a single bag: https://amzn.to/2Iq8CMl

Or I usually buy this 4 pack: https://amzn.to/2QhN3jz

Pumpkin Muffins:
You will need:
1 Box of Pillsbury Sugar free yellow cake mix
1 (15oz) can of pumpkin puree
2 tbsp of pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup of water
Preheat oven to 325. Mix all the ingredients together and divide into a muffin pan. Bake for 20 minutes. This recipe makes 14 muffins and each muffin is 3fsp. You can have 2 muffins for 6fsp.

Pumpkin Donuts:
You will need:
1 Box of Pillsbury sugar free yellow cake mix
1 (15oz) can of pumpkin puree
2 tbsp of pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup of water
Icing:
1 cup of Swerve powdered sugar
1 tsp of Maple extract
2 tbsp of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Mix together the cake mix, pumpkin, water, and pumpkin pie spice. Divide batter into a donut pan. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Let cool. To make icing combine the powdered sugar with the maple extract, and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Dip each donut into the glaze. This recipe makes 18 donuts. Each donut is 2fsp. You can have 2 donuts for 4fsp.
*Icing alternative:
You will need 18 tbsp of the Pillsbury sugar free vanilla icing that I show in the video.
Instead of using Swerve another option would be to use the Pillsbury Sugar free vanilla icing. I would microwave the icing to make it easy to pour. Then pour 1 tbsp (or half an ounce) onto each donut (use a food scale to weigh out the icing). If you use the Pillsbury icing each donut will be 4fsp and you can have 2 donuts for 8fsp.

Pumpkin Whoopie pies:
You will need:
1 box of Pillsbury sugar free yellow cake mix
1 (15 oz) can of pumpkin puree
2 tbsp of pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup of water
Icing:
2 cups of Swerve powdered sugar
4 oz of 1/3 less fat cream cheese
2 tbsp of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Mix together the cake mix, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and water. Using a piping bag make 36 whoopie pie halves. Bake them at 325 for 20 mins. Let cool. To make the icing make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature. Using a mixer combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add the almond milk and beat until the icing is light and fluffy. Pipe the icing onto each whoopie pie. This recipe makes 18 whoopie pies. Each whoopie pie is 3fsp and you can have 2 for 6fsp.
*Icing alternative:
You will need 18 tbsp of the Pillsbury sugar free vanilla icing that I show in the video.
Put 1 tbsp of icing onto each whoopie pie. If you use the Pillsbury icing each whoopie pie will be 4fsp, and you can have 2 for 8fsp.
