Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. 1. Combine ingredients in blender, and puree until airy and smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. 2. Strain, if desired, through a sieve, to remove all blueberry-peel pieces. Keep the fresh juice refrigerated for up to 2 days; stir well before pouring. Serve cold.
